Robert “Chad” Chadderton has been a trusted real estate professional for more than 50 years. Chad bought his first home in 1977 and fell in love with the real estate world. He was instrumental in helping to grow Ahwatukee into the city it is today, as founder of the Ahwatukee Chamber of Commerce and networking throughout the Phoenix metro on their behalf.

Chad quickly expanded into property management and opened the first PM company in Ahwatukee, growing throughout Phoenix, Maricopa, Mesa, Gilbert, and beyond. Known as “The Original Ahwatukee Realtor”, he is an excellent salesman who has helped countless homebuyers, owners selling or renting their homes, and tenants needing a rental. 

Chad served as a commissioner on the Phoenix Fire Board for 30 years, helping to bring crucial changes to the laws and fire codes that would protect the public and first responders.
